Paysafe is currently looking for a EEA Payment Specialist. This role primarily collaborates with the Reconciliation team, Banking Operations, Customer Service, Product, and Treasury departments. It operates on a global scale to monitor regulatory changes and updates, influencing Paysafe’s payments handling process.
How we work:
We have exciting new offices near George's Quay and we follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location.
The impact you will have:
* Monitoring regulatory changes and updates, influencing Paysafe’s payments handling process.
* Ensuring and facilitating error-free payment processing between the Company and its external partners and customers.
* Ensuring and facilitating the accounting process of all internal and external payments.
* Assisting with the processing of specialized payments – external third-party provider payments, automated payments, etc.
* Executing daily control over automated payments processes and ensuring that all reconciliation mismatches are handled by the end of each business day.
* Ensuring collection, distribution, and archiving of all outstanding daily bank statements for all bank accounts held by the Company.
* Assisting in the month-end financial closure by presenting clear accounting screens and detailed reports on the outstanding accounting entries to the Direct Manager and any parties which may request a copy of the report.
* Providing internal support to the Call Centre and Customer Service departments in the Company.
What we’re looking for:
* 1+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a company dealing with online payments or banking services).
* Clear communicator (written and verbal).
* Strong analytical skills.
* Fast ad-hoc learner with high levels of flexibility and adaptability to change.
