Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to enhance overall capabilities and success
* Coordinate timely recruitment of skilled staff to meet business demands
* Foster active communication and engagement among employees to mobilize ideas and drive business growth
* Drive performance improvement through ongoing coaching, appraisals, and training processes
About You:
* 7+ years of successful HR experience, preferably in construction or engineering
* Proven ability to propose and implement practical HR improvements
* Strong relationship-building skills and IT savvy
* CIPD qualified with HR design experience and recruitment expertise
