Liquor Brand Specialist
Synergy Promotions are a leading Travel Retail Promotional Agency who promote the world’s leading Beauty, Fragrance & Liquor brands within Heathrow Airport Duty Free Stores and across the United Kingdom & Ireland. As a Liquor Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and driving the sales of premium alcoholic beverages, ensuring customers receive personalized and exceptional service, and maintaining the overall brand presence within the airport retail space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Promotion: Represent and promote premium liquor brands in the dutyfree environment.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Drive sales by engaging with customers, providing recommendations, and offering tastings.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and educate customers on liquor details.
• Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing displays and ensure product availability.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional, personalized service and address inquiries.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and report on targets and achievements
. • Collaboration: Work with management and marketing teams to execute campaigns and enhance brand presence.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within the liquor, hospitality, or luxury goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of premium liquor brands, including whiskey, wine, gin, rum, vodka, and more.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment. This role will be self-employed. Self- employed roles offer the freedom to choose your own shift patterns, giving you the flexibility to design a schedule that suits your lifestyle. While weekend availability is required, we offer ongoing, year-round work with a variety of shift times to accommodate different preferences. Our business operates 365 days a year, and as the role is based in an airport, shifts may start as early as 4am and run until 9pm, but with numerous shift options available within this window. We will work with you to find a schedule that fits, and we're looking for individuals who can commit to at least 30 hours per week with weekend flexibility. This role requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the working environment.

• You will be issued an Airside pass for airport access, which requires you to provide a complete 5-year history. • Criminal record check - Disclosure and Barring Service
• If you have resided outside of the UK for six months or more in the past five years, you will be required to obtain a police clearance certificate from the respective country.
