In the International Business Expansion & Store Operations Manager (IBESOM) program, you will experience all aspects that make Supermac's successful. As a key leader in our restaurant operations, you will provide overall leadership to the store, setting goals and objectives to drive each aspect of business performance. You will directly supervise store personnel and set out plans for each team member to ensure their contributions to store performance. In your daily work, you will operate as if acting as an individual owner, making decisions and taking actions that impact the success of the IBESOM program and Supermac's vision to expand into international markets with experienced personnel.
The Job Description:
1. Develops and coaches Assistant and Trainee managers to achieve self-sufficiency, driving high sales and profits through effective management practices.
2. Leads the development and execution of international market entry strategies and plans when requested by the company.
3. Responds promptly to requests from various head office departments, providing timely and effective support.
4. Prepares and delivers presentations to key stakeholders on specific topics, such as market analysis and feasibility reports.
5. Oversees recruitment, selection, placement, training, development, and HR planning processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
6. Presents detailed business plans for international market entry to facilitate informed decision-making.
7. Fosters community engagement and goodwill through proactive involvement in local initiatives.
8. Investigates and resolves employee relations and customer complaints effectively, minimizing potential impacts on the business.
9. Prioritizes tasks and manages workload to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
10. Operates within established guidelines and standards, adapting to changes as directed by the company or legislation.
11. Conducts regular appraisals and creates personalized development plans for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
12. Maintains a professional image at all times, especially in public situations, and refers media inquiries to designated authorities.

15. Achieves targets related to food costs, labor costs, customer count, QSC Audit, and mystery shopper scores.
