Fenergo are shaping the future of this industry and you will be afforded an opportunity to significantly impact the revenue growth of a major target market for the company.As Deal Desk - Senior Analyst, you will be the central point of contact for Fenergo’s customers and prospective customers for commercial and contractual information. This will include facilitating new sales and incremental sales opportunities by liaising with Fenergo’s sales, technical and legal teams to deliver timely information and documentation to customers. You will ensure that Fenergo speaks to customers with “one voice” and help maintain consistency of our commercial and contractual approach from engagement to engagement. You also will be responsible for maintaining all commercial data about our customer base and providing clear and accurate reports to our senior management as requested. Your Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management of the contracting process, including managing all commercial related documentation for customers. Work directly with sales reps to structure complex deals, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines and discounting policies. Evaluates contract terms, pricing, and special requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Coordinate with SMEs to draft responses of our Subscription Agreement. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to the sales process and related documentation, while ensuring timely and accurate customer responses. Oversee the management of contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initiation through to renewal or termination, including amendments and enforcement of terms. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction. RequirementsKey Expectations Proven experience in Deal Desk management, preferably within a B2B environment. Capability to lead and motivate a team, manage projects, and drive sales operational efficiencies. Excellent at managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently. Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technologies used for sales operations, such as CRM systems, sales automation software, content management systems, and data analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor digital initiatives effectively. Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
