Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to support the Product and Finance Team as we continue with our growth strategy. You will need fluent English communication skills, and have significant experience in the Global E-commerce space managing payment platforms and their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Payment Method Optimization:
o Evaluate and enhance existing payment methods to improve efficiency and reduce transaction costs.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative payment solutions.
o Awareness of APM for global reach to ensure we have access to potential customers.
2. Process Improvement:
o Streamline financial processes to increase accuracy, speed, and overall effectiveness.
o Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize workflow within the finance department.
3. Vendor Management:
o Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favourable terms and conditions.
o Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements as needed.
4. Risk Management:
o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to financial operations.
o Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
o Overall awareness of Chargeback/Dispute data and implement processes to minimise risk in this area.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
o Generate and analyse financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
o Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate financial performance.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience 5 years in finance operations management with a focus on digital payment method optimization.
* Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and best practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
