Localisation Project Manager
We are seeking an ambitious Localisation Project Manager on a 6 month contract with a technology company in Dublin City centre.
This role will support the localisation team and work across large and diverse teams to drive the execution of the company localisation program.
About the Role:
* Drive localisation execution, including tools and processes, quality assurance, and scalability.
* Support on-time and on-budget delivery of localisation requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders and agencies.
* Ensure a truly global user experience that supports a positive brand experience.
* Build partnerships with key functions, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
* Identify opportunities to increase a scaled localisation mindset across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the implementation of localisation projects from start to finish.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Manage localisation budgets and resource allocation effectively.
* Develop and maintain relationships with localisation agencies and vendors.
About You:
* 4+ years of work experience in localisation and/or internationalisation.
* Experience working with translation/CAT/content management tools and platforms.
* Detailed understanding of translation technologies and processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive attitude with experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
