Chef Manager Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead our culinary team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative, sustainable, and seasonal menu offerings while sourcing fresh local produce.
This is a daytime Monday to Friday role offering a great opportunity for work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest level of food quality, presentation, consistency, and service is delivered.
* Work with the development team to create new menu items aligned with the company's ethos of innovation, sustainability, and use of fresh local produce.
* Drawing up staff rosters and managing costs efficiently.
* Training and mentoring of staff to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling.
* Maintaining the highest hygiene standards and compliance of HACCP in the kitchen.

* Previous experience managing in a busy kitchen environment.
* Valid work permit with documentation.
