Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Manage a portfolio of clients, offering expert guidance on personal lines insurance, including home, motor, and commercial vehicle policies.
Policy Renewals:
Actively oversee and process policy renewals to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Mid-term Adjustments: Support clients with policy updates and changes, maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Customer Support:
Resolve client queries and claims promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Compliance:
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a personal lines insurance role.
Professional qualifications such as APA, CIP, or progression toward these certifications.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in insurance platforms and Microsoft Office.
