About the Role
As Credit Controller, you will report to the Credit Control Manager and work within a team of dedicated credit control professionals who are responsible for managing cash collections and debt management on a daily basis.
You will analyze customer accounts, coordinate day-to-day debt management with other team members, and produce credit control reports for management.
You will also identify credit control problems and resolve overdue accounts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience in credit control or working in a busy finance department;
* A thorough understanding of relevant IT systems;
* Excellent communication skills;
* The ability to work under tight deadlines;
* A good knowledge of legal procedures in debt recovery.
