Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant

Our work encompasses strategic housing development, infrastructure planning, environmental impact assessment, research, social infrastructure analysis, local plans, marine spatial planning, feasibility studies, and governance reviews.
We seek an Office Finance Administrator with 3+ years of experience. The role involves supporting our multidisciplinary team and maintaining financial records.
The Role Specifics
* Administration support for operations, including insurance, tendering, HR, and IT.
* Office management and day-to-day tasks.
* Sales and purchases invoicing, debtors and creditors management, banking, and accounts on SAGE.
* Project management system updates and project tracking.
* Liaising with external IT support.
* We require candidates with:
* Administrative experience in an office environment.
* Bookkeeping experience and preferably a qualification.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to make decisions.
* Good organisational and coordinating skills, with the ability to multitask.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* A self-starting attitude, practical skills, and good organisational and coordinating abilities.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the willingness to work collaboratively.
* Excellent MS office skills, including Word and Excel.
* Some experience with SAGE or similar accounting packages.
