Construction Project Director
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Director to play a central role in the delivery of our construction projects. As a senior, client-facing role, you will be responsible for inspiring confidence from clients and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for assigned construction projects, including strategy development, proposal preparation, and execution.
* Ensure effective implementation of PM Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental policy on all projects.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Establish and implement effective communication and coordination between construction sites and home office departments.
* Review project performance and ensure compliance with project goals, safety standards, quality expectations, cost controls, and schedule requirements.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated capability in construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors (Life Sciences, Food & Mission Critical).
* Professional qualification in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable.
* 10+ years of professional experience in construction project management.
* Proven track record in EHS Leadership and excellent knowledge of H&S statutory requirements.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, influencing, and negotiation skills.
