Our client, a top 10 accounting practice in Ireland, is looking for a Part Time Payroll Administrator (20-30 hours per week) to join their team.

This role will be based from their office in Dublin City Centre. Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator: Manage the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.Deal with all associated payroll processing tasks required for processing to completion of the payroll process including the processing and filing of ERR Submissions.Manage client expectations.Develop relationships with your clients, ensuring effective communication with the wider offices and other third-party providers.Work as part of the wider team to review work produced by more junior team members and support the Payroll Manager.Lead by example in regards to attitude and processing of payrolls, so others in the team will follow suit.Assist and support the team in responding to queries from clients, third-party providers, etc., also supporting in regards to legislation and system queries.Peer check payrolls.Streamline any current processes within the team and update and maintain payroll records/files.Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects that may be necessary.Produce and develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.Requirements for the Payroll Administrator: 1+ years experience in payroll with experience using EuroPay or an equivalent system.Ideally IPASS qualified or working towards qualification.End-to-end Payroll processing experience including pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.Ability to manually calculate a payroll.High level of accuracy and attention to detail across both manual and systems-based work.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.Must be a strong team player.For more information, contact Niamh Cregg ****** 0719149732
