We are actively recruiting a Full Time, Permanent Human Resource Manager who will be based in Delta Centre CLG., Carlow – 5 days per week.
Reporting into the Chief Executive, the Human Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation has in place the necessary policies, procedures and progressive human resource systems, processes and structures to ensure that the organisation’s most important asset, its staff, are effectively recruited, retained and developed and that harmonious staff relations are fostered and maintained.
A commitment to caring and an empathetic understanding of those with an intellectual disability are essential attributes for this role.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum Level 7 Degree in HRM
2. CIPD Accreditation.
3. 5 years’ HRM experience in a similar role.
4. Experience working for a non-profit organisation in the Community & Voluntary Sector and/or the Disability Sector is desirable.
5. Strong industrial and employee relations experience.
6. Excellent working knowledge of time management systems.
7. Must be flexible with experience in rapidly changing & complex work environments.
8. Full Clean Irish Driving Licence Required.

1. Salary Range €51,342.00 – €60,973.00. Salary commensurate with qualifications & experience.
