Our client, an Irish-based Construction & Engineering consultancy firm, collaborates with leading global pharmaceutical, biotech and commercial clients to oversee the development of large-scale projects.
This role involves managing a portfolio of scheduling projects independently while reporting to the client management team. The position is fully remote with occasional office meetings held monthly.

Duties
1. Work with leading global pharmaceutical, biotech, and large-scale project Clients to oversee the development of the master integrated schedule for large-scale development projects.
2. Oversee the development of sub-programmes for contracted portions of work such as design, procurement, contracts administration, construction, commissioning, and handover.
3. Collaborate with the Clients' in-house specialists to develop programmes for in-house activities such as validation, operational readiness, tech transfer, and licensure.
4. Integrate various contractor schedules to prepare a master integrated schedule for the project.
5. Implement schedule reporting structure and procedures for various contractors and vendors.
6. Monitor planned versus actual progress.
7. Frequently report to the Client on project status, critical slippage, key risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 5+ years of professional scheduling experience in the construction and/or manufacturing sector.
2. Construction or project management experience.
3. Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and large-scale project experience is highly desirable.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
6. Excellent written English and report writing skills.
7. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
8. Multitasking and working well under pressure.
9. Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
