Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Technical Training Specialist to join the team. This is an exciting time in our organisation as we take on new projects and prepare ourselves for the next phase of growth. The main purpose of the dedicated Training Specialist role will be to develop and deliver GMP training programmes that will significantly impact on the upskilling of our employees and allow us to meet the future business challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a significant influence on the experiences of our employees, both at the start of their Eurofins' careers and as they progress through the organisation.
Qualifications
The trainer will be qualified to Bachelors Level 8 in a scientific discipline and will have 3-4 years in the performance of routine analysis in a GMP environment. Ideally the successful candidate will have completed a Train the Trainer qualification or have experience in training colleagues in the past. The successful candidate will also be an expert in GDP
1. Experience with GMP testing including HPLC, pH and UV-Vis etc.
