Change and Transformation Consultant
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in leading, delivering, or supporting projects within the realms of People & Change or Organisational Transformations. If you have expertise in organisational design and workforce planning, that's an added advantage.
Key Requirements:
* At least 2-5 years of experience in project leadership, delivery, or support, specifically in People & Change or Organisational Transformations.
* Familiarity with organisational design and workforce planning projects would be beneficial.
* Strong Project Management skills, preferably with PM certifications.
* Experience and passion for people development, coaching, and mentoring.
