Accommodation Assistant
An Accommodation Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our 5-star hotel.
The role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and high quality standards of guest rooms, public areas, and other accommodation outlets located near Cliff at Lyons.
Main Responsibilities:
* Personal Presentation: Be punctual for duties, correctly dressed and well-groomed, observing the highest level of personal presentation at all times.
* Daily Worksheet: Responsible for completing the daily worksheet and handing it in at the end of the shift.
* Turndown Service: Provide exceptional turndown service in the evenings to elevate the guest experience.
* Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist with cleaning, redecoration, and deep cleaning programmes as required.
* Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members, maintaining open lines of communication and respect at all times.
* Professional Atmosphere: Maintain a quiet, professional atmosphere in all public areas.
* Waste Management: Follow procedures for lifting, emptying, and disposing of trash in the interior and exterior of the hotel.
* Additional Responsibilities: Complete additional tasks assigned by the Accommodation Manager.
* Stock Takes: Conduct stock takes as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
* Rubbish Disposal: Dispose of rubbish following the correct procedure, leaving corridors free from debris at all times.
* Cleaning Products: Use cleaning products and materials correctly and with care, following established procedures laid down by the hotel.
* Training: Attend training meetings as required.
