We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager to lead our team in a prestigious resort hotel in County Kildare.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and unparalleled guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of passionate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, to ensure efficient and exceptional service delivery.
* Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, while adhering to health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
* Manage inventory and cost control measures to optimise profitability without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
* Cultivate strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to create memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
* Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive restaurant revenue and attract new clientele, while nurturing existing guest relationships.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Hotel Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in a minimum 4-star hotel or higher standard.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, costing, and inventory management.
* Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in hospitality management.
