Maintains all aspects of staff scheduling while adhering to employment law, regulations and staffing guidelines of all departments within the scheduling office.

EXPERIENCE:
Previous: Twelve (12) months previous experience working in an office environment to develop organisational skills and gain an understanding of functional requirements of the organization.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
1. Maintains staff schedules in accordance with employment law requirements and HR policies/procedures.
2. Calls and schedules staff for replacement of leaves of absence and schedules adjustments.
3. Formats and posts staff schedules.
4. Compiles and posts call-in lists.
5. Works collaboratively with managers on scheduling issues.
6. Inputs/updates employee information in scheduling program.
7. Provides occasional guidance to the primary function of others including training.
8. Collects, verifies, enters Client referral information.
9. Informs payroll office of any pay code and/or staff changes.
10. Identifies errors and makes corrections.
11. Prepares spreadsheets.
12. Assists employees in connecting to Online App system.
