Sales Account Manager for B2B
We are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to cover the European market on behalf of our client, a growing global medical devices company.
This role will be based hybrid, with approximately 2/3 days a week in our South Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop distributors and MTO customers in European markets, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and engaging in key account management activities.
* Implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
* Negotiate and finalize deals.
* Work with internal parties to assist customers with the Tendering Process.
* Track and report on account activity, providing monthly status updates to management.
* Advise customers on our products, perform demos independently, and devise solutions for them.
* Provide feedback from clients and users to improve customer satisfaction.
* Conduct bi-weekly market research to identify new opportunities and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
* Participate in conferences, industry events, and professional development activities.
* Coordinate with the Marketing team to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar regulatory industry or in the Life Science sector.
* A proven track record of achievement in the last three years.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship management.
* Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
* Willingsness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25% of the time).
