We are currently seeking a motivated and team-spirited individual to work as Team Supervisor in our restaurant in the Headford Road Shopping Centre. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year working in a variety of roles in a busy restaurant, have current HACCP certification, and have a commitment to developing their career in the hospitality industry.

As part of a structured mentoring program, the appointee will take ownership for leading shifts and work alongside the Manager to devise and implement business development strategies to enable Franklins to strengthen its customer base.
Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, proven teamwork ability, a neat and tidy appearance, and unrestricted entitlement to work in Ireland.
This is a full-time role, and availability is required for 5 shifts each week, which includes the requirement to work on average 2 Saturday shifts every month. The restaurant is ordinarily open Mon-Saturday (with some Sunday working around the Christmas period). Working hours are based on rostered shifts typically between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm. There is no late evening or night time hours.
If you currently have relevant restaurant/food industry experience, coupled with relevant HACCP or Catering College certification and are committed to developing your career in the industry, we would be delighted to receive your application.
