About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of applications within this department, collaborating with various teams both internally and externally to ensure a smooth workflow from allocation to issue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide crucial support to case administrators and managers, ensuring effective administration.
* Work closely with other teams to offer efficient administrative support.
* Utilise technology and internal systems for the timely processing of applications.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and European regulatory bodies.
* Contribute to the Quality Management System and assist in developing and implementing licensing policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum one year of relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to engage with stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high work volumes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database administration.
* Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment.
Work Arrangements:
* Fixed hours (Monday-Friday, minimum 35 hours) with eligibility for flexitime arrangements after six months.
* 2 year FTC, with the potential for permanency.
