This is an in-office role requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
The Position
* Accounts Payable: Manage supplier queries, monthly creditor reconciliations, and payment runs.
* Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT): Register contracts and payments with ROS and file monthly/quarterly returns.
* Assist with accounting duties as necessary.
* Perform general office/administrative tasks and provide holiday cover.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
* RCT experience is preferable but not essential.
* Computer literacy and knowledge of an accounts package (SAGE advantageous).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Prior experience in construction/engineering industries.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between €35,000.00 and €50,000.00 per year.
