We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team as Chief Administrative Officer. This role will provide critical support to our Chief Executive, enabling the efficient running of our Foundation and playing a key part in culture development as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
4. Maintain and update office records and databases.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies.
Minimum Requirements
1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
