Operations Manager Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and developing operational strategy, change management, process improvement, efficiencies, financial planning and budgets.
This role requires being autonomous, self-managing site visits, and coordinating resources where needed. The candidate will work on initiative, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams and creating reports.

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of five years experience in a similar role
* Experience in technology/IT solutions is a distinct advantage
* Well-organized with drive, focus, and attention to detail
* Demonstrable experience delivering high-impact implementation to operational strategy
* Background in electronics engineering discipline or technical understanding of electronic systems
Communication Skills:
* Polished oral communication skills
* Written communication and presentation skills

* Basic salary of €80,000 - €90,000
