Job Title: Key Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager, focusing on the Pharma, Biopharma, and Life Sciences sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen and expand client relationships.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
* Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
* Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insightful reports to management.
* Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, R&D) to ensure seamless project execution.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Proven track record of success in a Key Account Management or Sales role within a competitive environment.
* Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingsness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
