About the Role
This position involves managing M&E elements, ensuring contract alignment and safety standards. You will work closely with the M&E Director to oversee project outcomes and budget.
* Assess bid and contract materials, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to submission guidelines.
* Handle project financials, subcontractor agreements, and commercial oversight throughout the project duration.
* Supervise MEIT project scope, covering estimation, procurement, subcontracting, and fulfilment of contract terms.
You will be responsible for maintaining precise cost monitoring, risk reduction, and financial updates to uphold project profitability and standards. Additionally, you will create and execute commissioning strategies, contract wrap-up procedures, and change order processes.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A diploma or technical training with trade expertise.
* Skills across multiple specializations, although not mandatory.
* Over 10 years of experience in related areas.
* A background in handling complex contracts and large subcontractor teams.
* Excellent communication abilities and teamwork proficiency.
