About the Role
A leading construction contractor seeks a dynamic and creative Bid/Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in preparing bids and developing marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and prepare tender and bid submissions with accuracy and compliance.
* Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.
* Collaborate with project teams to gather information and content for bids and marketing campaigns.
* Maintain and update the company database of project information, case studies, and client references.
* Support the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, including online and offline campaigns.
* Manage social media content and updates on the company website.
* Assist in organizing events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in bid, tender, or marketing coordination, ideally within construction.
* Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Relevant qualification in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).
