You will play a key role in analysing business performance, evaluating costs, and providing constructive feedback to management.
About the Role
* Analysing business performance, evaluating costs, and providing constructive feedback to management
* Leading external group reporting
* Coordinating management accounts preparation
* Compiling and presenting financial and management reports for senior leadership review
* Assisting with business planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
* Supervising the treasury function, including managing foreign exchange
* Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Requirements
* Be a Fully Qualified Accountant
* 3-5 years' experience from a manufacturing background
* Experience in financial reporting
* Develop reporting processes independently with minimal supervision
* Experience of leading and mentoring a team
* Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central
* Power BI desirable but not essential
