Being able to build relationships with clients from all backgrounds is an essential skill. We want someone who is willing to learn, grow, and develop with SOLAS as we continue to build our brand.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Carrigaline for a Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Coach/Trainer at SOLAS Health & Fitness Ltd. The S&C Coach/Trainer will be responsible for helping to design and implement training programs for small group sessions as well as individualized programming for private clients. Providing coaching and guidance to clients, monitoring progress towards fitness goals, and helping the client achieve their goals in rehabilitation, body composition, or athleticism.
Qualifications
* Strength and Conditioning, Fitness Training, and Coaching skills
* Knowledge of exercise physiology and biomechanics
* Experience in conducting fitness assessments and program design
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire clients
* Certification in Strength and Conditioning or related field
* Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
* Someone who lives in the locality of the gym or surrounding areas would be ideal
