Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Accounts Administrator to support our finance team with various accounting and administrative tasks. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career in finance, requiring strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions
* Follow up on outstanding invoices and handle discrepancies
* Reconcile bank statements with internal accounts
* Identify and resolve discrepancies
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team
* Assist with filing, mail handling, and other clerical tasks
Requirements:
* Leaving certificate as a minimum along with additional qualification relating to finance or bookkeeping
* Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
