Job Title: Claims Officer
Reporting into the Billing Manager/Team Leader.
Work from our office in East Galway with the option to work from home one day a week in the future.

About the Role:
* Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate billing.
* Process all Insurance claim forms.
* Liaise with Consultants and Secretaries regarding claim form collection.
* Handle queries relating to patient claims and accounts.
* Process late claims.

Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that billing is completed timely, efficiently, and accurately.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Strong customer service skills.
* Strong computer skills.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a confidential manner at all times.
* Previous experience in a similar Insurance/Claims role or experience working within a busy administration environment.
