Inside Sales RepresentativeReports to: Customer Service Manager Company: Brennan & Co WHY THIS ROLE EXISTSThe Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding sales to existing customers and generating new leads. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing customer service to our clients. Tasks & Responsibilities Inside Sales DutiesDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospectingConduct outbound sales calls against marketing campaignsFollow up on inbound enquiries.Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevantStay informed about industry trends and market conditions.Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions. Customer Service DutiesOrder Processing: Accurately process customer orders for healthcare consumables, ensuring timely delivery.Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
