The successful candidate will support the Head Chef, ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen and effective management of the team.
This restaurant boasts an excellent reputation for food and service, attracting a loyal customer base.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef experience required.
* Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, working effectively within a team and independently.
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.
Packages Offered
* Competitive salary between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
