About the Role
* Lead multiple priorities with bold deadlines, focusing on high-quality enterprise applications.
* Be innovative in technical delivery, process, operations, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
1. Build, train, mentor, and develop new team members.
2. Support daily operations, client interactions, and act as an escalation point.
3. Act as a professional resource for the team and other integrations through project implementation.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to address potential issues and risks.
5. Have a deep technical understanding of integrated systems.
6. Engage with clients, presenting and explaining technology and integration.
7. Work with clients and partners to solve technical challenges.
8. Lead improvements and enable sales and engineering processes.
9. Create documentation and supporting materials.
10. Configure and test HiredScore integration on client systems.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a Technical Consulting/Integration team lead.
* 4+ years as a Technical Consultant or similar role working with large enterprises.
* Practical integration background with a good understanding of web architecture and integration systems.
* Strong presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills.
* Excellent teamwork ability and relationship-building skills.
* A positive attitude, creative thinking, and love for ownership.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
Other Qualifications:
* Experience with Infosec, Data Privacy, and RFP processes.
* Experience in a high-growth company.
* Experience with HR Technology (or other enterprise technologies).
* Ability to work with code.
