What is this role about?
Within this role, you will be reporting to the relevant Production Managers. These positions involve general manufacturing and operative responsibilities pertaining to Electrical Switchgear assembly and/or associated product lines.

What kind of work will you be doing?
1. Ensure that all work and activities involved in the role of Test Documentation Coordinator are carried out in compliance with all Health and Safety and Quality requirements.
2. Work closely with Planning, Production and Engineering functions to determine the dates of panel build and test completion, so that critical qualifying documentation and information is collected immediately and filed accordingly.
3. Collection and collation of all information associated with the construction, testing and final approval panels built in the Switchgear area.
4. The documentation or information required by the Customer/Client may include:
* Manufacturing Check Sheets
* Test Team Documentation
* Calibration Certificates
* Asset Data
* Shipping Readiness
* Final Approvals
* Other Customer/Client specified Information.
1. Administration of the client-based commissioning platform BIM360, to include marking of in-line checks, upload of qualifying literature, and completion of checklists. All associated information will be collated and loaded to BIM360 to be available for retrieval and shared with interested parties.
2. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all required information is present. Where information or documentation is not made available in a timely way, the coordinator will escalate the deficiency to both the Production and Project Manager for resolution.
3. The coordinator will provide a weekly summary of documentation status identifying the project and the owner who will address any deficiencies.
4. Completion of other tasks which are associated with the role.
