Role Overview
As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in an outpatient clinic setting. This role requires an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader who can impact patient care and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Patient Care: Build relationships with patients, set clinical goals, and improve health through quality improvement initiatives.
* Team Leadership: Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Financial Management: Manage the clinic's operations, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, and monitor compliance.
* Autonomy: Run the clinic with support from directors, regional peers, and the company.
* Culture & Growth: Foster a positive work environment, reward employees for demonstrating shared values and behaviors, and encourage continuous improvement.
* Partnership: Collaborate with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive regional goals and standards.

Requirements
* Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
* Minimum one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
* Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
* Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
