The Grade V - Data Coordinator for Quality and Patient Safety role is a vital position that assists in the collation, input, and analysis of data for the Quality and Patient Safety Directorate.
The primary duties of this role include:
* Maintenance and management of manual and electronic files and databases
* Collation of data from relevant national databases as required
* Management of diaries as required
* Administering training courses relevant to the QPSD
* Supporting the QPSD in the administration of meetings, including preparation and minutes
The post holder will also be responsible for dealing with general queries and prioritizing tasks.
This role may involve completing other tasks assigned by their manager from time to time.
Essential Criteria
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an acute hospital environment
* At least 2 years' experience at Grade IV or equivalent level
* Qualification relevant to the field
* Ability to use word processing software, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Assistance in managing databases
