This is an IN-OFFICE ROLE
The Position
1. Accounts Payable
2. data entry, supplier queries, monthly creditor reconciliations, monthly payment run, supplier remittance.
3. Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) (registering contracts & payments with ROS. Filing monthly/quarterly RCT returns with ROS)
4. Assisting with all accounting duties as necessary
5. General office / accounting admin / holiday cover etc.
Skills and Experience
6. Must have minimum 2 year's relevant accounts payable experience
7. RCT experience preferable but not essential
8. Computer literate
9. Good attention to detail with an emphasis on quality output
10. Knowledge of an accounts package is advantageous, in particular SAGE
11. Good communication and people skills
12. Work well in a team, but be able to work on own initiative when required
13. Providing support and assistance with all administrative tasks related to the accounts department.
14. Strong organisational skills required to meet deadlines
15. Previous experience in a construction/engineering Industy
Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
