Key Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead our client base in Ireland, the UK, and Europe for a global leader in consumable technologies.
The company operates its international business from Shannon, Ireland, with additional offices in the United States, China, and Hong Kong. Their products are available globally at leading retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build, maintain, and develop relationships with field sales, partners, and resellers to increase sales.
2. Demonstrate a flair for technical learning and understand the products.
3. Support sales teams with presentations, sample requests, and internal tasks.
4. Inform Distributors and Resellers of new product introductions, business opportunities, marketing programmes, and activities.
5. Help Distributors and Resellers understand sell-through from accounts and ensure they are up to speed on all regional sales.
6. Drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface.
7. Focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
8. Display promotional awareness capabilities and push products and promotions to the reseller channel.
9. Work with relevant account stakeholders.
10. Identify areas for potential process improvement and work independently to implement changes.
11. Assist with training if required.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Business, Administration, Languages, or Sales an advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in technology sales environment.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in a second language is considered an advantage for this role.
