Are you passionate about creating unforgettable moments and love the buzz of event planning? We’re looking for a Part-Time Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales and Weddings & Events Team at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork.
This office-based role is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a flair for customer service, and a genuine love for weddings. You'll be a key support to the team, helping to ensure every couple’s special day runs smoothly from the first enquiry to the final farewell.
What You’ll Do:
1. Support the Sales and Weddings & Events team with administrative and coordination tasks
2. Assist with responding to wedding enquiries and scheduling show-arounds
3. Help manage bookings, contracts, and event details
4. Liaise with internal departments to ensure every detail is executed perfectly
5. Maintain excellent communication with couples, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
What We’re Looking For:
1. A friendly, professional manner and great attention to detail
2. Previous experience in hospitality, weddings, or event coordination (an advantage)
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong administrative and organisational abilities
5. A genuine passion for weddings and creating memorable guest experiences
