Job Title: Safety Specialist II, Intellectual Property Operations

Duties
This role will:
* Independently support enforcement processes in the area of Intellectual Property Operations, utilizing a strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
* Identify gaps and trends to make recommendations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and support projects, with some guidance.
* Adjust to changes and ambiguity, with some guidance.
Responsibilities
* Use policy proficiency to make enforcement decisions, take enforcement actions, and manage cases.
* Identify enforcement trends, insights, and gray areas to inform policy updates and clarifications.
* Support sourcing or creating relevant materials needed to operationalize policies, including enforcement guidelines, macros, and content examples for training materials.
* Test operational readiness of policy and related documentation and make recommendations for improvements.
* Resolve escalated content questions from cross-functional stakeholders.
* Execute established processes and procedures for emergency escalations, incidents, or investigations.
* Support project/program requirements and deliverables.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners based on project or program needs.
Required Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in Intellectual Property Operations, particularly in copyright (DMCA) and trademark enforcement, or relevant experience in other notice and takedown-oriented areas in privacy or trust and safety.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Strong written communication skills and ability to exercise judgment.
