As Privacy Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team on privacy issues impacting Apple’s business and products globally. You will work directly with business and engineering teams to design innovative privacy solutions for products as well as across the legal department on Apple activities and regulatory issues.
You will be responsible for advising and providing support on privacy-related topics for Apple’s various products and services and working alongside legal, engineering, and business teams. This role will primarily provide support to the Privacy and Law Enforcement team in EMEIA.
Description- Assist with escalations regarding the handling of privacy complaints, queries and data subject rights.
- Provide advice in relation to requests from courts and law enforcement agencies.
- Respond to regulator inquiries and investigations.
- Support compliance and auditing frameworks.
- Assist with drafting of and updates to relevant policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications3-7+ privacy experience in a law firm, business, or regulatory environment.Knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws, and regulator and other guidance and standards.Key QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExcellent organisational and communication skillsExcellent written and verbal skills, including in English.
