**Business Development Manager Opportunity**
MCS Group is partnering with a leading innovator in Retail & Hospitality Technology to recruit a Business Development Manager.
This role involves working closely with clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, focusing on developing new business opportunities in Northern Ireland while managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
* Attend networking events to build connections and showcase the product.
* Engage with both new and existing customers to establish long-term success relationships.
* Stay up-to-date with market changes and competitor activity.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience in field sales, specifically selling into the hospitality or retail sectors.
* A forward-thinking approach to creating exciting new business opportunities.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Full Driver's License.
