Store Manager Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our store team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing teams, preferably in retail.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Work closely with the Deputy Store Manager to ensure the store is 100% ready for sales and customers.
* Take ownership of key figures and develop action plans to achieve goals.
* Recruit, train, and develop new colleagues and existing team members.
* Implement store concept and routines, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
Requirements:
* Experience in leading and motivating teams, preferably in retail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive work atmosphere.
* Commitment to owning and driving the results of your own store.
* Able to keep a cool head and give direction in stressful situations.
* Quick to adapt and recover from setbacks.
* Flexible working schedule, including weekends.
