Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our site management team in Cork, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential projects in Cork City and County, working closely with our development team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day project activities
* Maintain quality control by monitoring trades and labor activities on site
* Provide constructive feedback to sub-contractors
* Ensure accurate drawings and documentation
* Collaborate with Project and Contracts managers to achieve project goals
* Maintain engineering equipment and ensure calibration is up to date
* Demonstrate a commitment to delivering projects within agreed timeframes and budgets
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification or relevant trades experience preferred
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
* Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets
* Excellent knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation
