Job Overview
This role will be based on-site in Donabate and involves coordinating construction design teams, recording minutes, and ensuring action is taken.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate construction design team meetings and record minutes.
* Coordinate design work with consultants and specialist subcontractors.
* Ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
* Provide input into the preparation of the project programme.
* Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines to assure compliance with project requirements.
* Prepare weekly and monthly look aheads in conjunction with the team.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience working in a design coordination/administration position within the construction industry.
* Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
* Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
