About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Grant Documentation Administrator to join our busy QA & Documentation department.
Ashgrove Renewables processes a large number of grants weekly. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the grant management process by ensuring accurate and organized documentation of all aspects of grant applications.
Main Responsibilities
* Document Management: Maintain and organize documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials.
* Preparation of Grant Documentation: Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Compliance Tracking: Monitor grant deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
* Data Entry and Database Management: Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Communication Support: Liaise with homeowners, BER Assessors, builders, and other professionals on documentation requirements.
* Document Formatting: Assist with the preparation of grant documents, creating templates, and ensuring consistency in presentation.
* Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal or external audits by ensuring proper documentation is available and organized.
* Administrative Support: Support the grant team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting basic research on potential grant opportunities.
Requirements
* Experience:
o Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative support and document coordination role.
o Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments or within the renewable energy sector.
* Skills:
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database management.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
o Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
