About the Job
As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our SuccessFactors platform, ensuring seamless functionality, data integrity, and an intuitive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the Technical Lead for further implementations and enhancements of SuccessFactors across the organization.
* Configure, maintain, and optimize our HRIS modules to align with evolving business needs.
* Support HR teams in adopting new system functionalities through targeted training, user guides, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Ensure HR systems remain a trusted source of data via data integrity audits and validation processes.
HR Analytics & Reporting
* Develop and analyse HR reports and metrics to support leadership and HR initiatives.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data trends.
Project & Change Management
* Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements, employee engagement programs, and organizational changes.
* Provide change management support, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
This role is part of DCC Vital's Group HR Function, supporting all its businesses. With a curious and solution-focused mindset, you'll deepen your expertise in system implementation, integration, and process improvement, playing a key role in driving digital transformation within HR.
You will collaborate with HR teams across international markets to expand and enhance our HR technology landscape. The successful candidate will have excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
The company operates in the Irish, British and DACH healthcare markets selling medical products and devices. Our headquarters are in Dublin, Ireland, with our main operations located in Ireland, UK, France, Germany and Czech Republic.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation within HR, working closely with IT and SI Partners for more complex projects. You will sharpen your project and change management skills, contributing to strategic HR initiatives that shape the future of our Employee Experience agenda.
